Celebrating BOY SODA’s ARIA Win for Best R&B/Soul Release

The Australian music community celebrated a major moment this week as BOY SODA won the ARIA Award for Best R&B/Soul Release. It’s an incredible achievement and a huge step forward for the R&B and soul scene here in Australia.

I’m genuinely humbled to have been part of the process on the mastering side. Watching an artist’s vision come together and knowing you helped shape the final stage of the sound is something I never take for granted.

I also want to congratulate the other nominees in the category. The quality of releases this year was exceptional and speaks to the strength of the genre right now.

A special shoutout to PANIA, whose nominated release I also had the privilege of mastering. Seeing two projects I worked on recognised in the same category is something I’m extremely grateful for.

This year’s ARIAs highlight the talent, diversity and creative growth happening within Australian R&B and soul. It’s inspiring to witness and an honour to play even a small role in that journey.
